In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to email asking for a refund within 15 calendar days of your purchase. There will be no refund if you watched your course in the time period. You must have only started the course.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 7 to 14business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
