The Creative Release — Hosted Art Evenings with Agnes Rup

Six self-paced art evenings · with Agnes Rup

The Creative
Release

Unlock the beauty. Watch your
life unfold.

One evening a month, for six months, I host you — not teach you — through a creative ritual. A relaxing night, phone away, your hands busy creating your your piece of art. The six evenings build one finished piece of art, bloom by bloom — and somewhere in the very first one, you’ll feel the shift as the creative side of your brain turns back on. This is where you'll find that you start to see the beauty around you, colors become brighter, life feels lighter.

The idea

This is not a course.
It’s the evening you’ve been starving for.

Every month, a new evening unlocks — and a new bloom for your piece. You pour something warm, light a candle, put your phone away — and I host you, on camera, like a friend across the table. Then your shoulders drop, your breathing slows, and the woman who used to make things for joy walks back into the room.

There is no lesson, no critique, no technique exam. Just your hands, busy and alive — cutting the flower template, shaping the Fosshape, pressing gold leaf into the folds. Somewhere in the middle of making, the quiet that fills your chest? That is the whole point. The piece growing bloom by bloom on your table is only the souvenir.

I don’t teach from the front of a room. I sit across from you, keep your company, and direct your evening — candle by candle — while something calm moves through you and something beautiful appears in your hands.

“One evening a month — and the woman you thought was gone, back again.”

The arc of one evening

I

The Arrival

The first five minutes of freedom. Before anything is made, the room becomes yours — candle lit, drink poured, materials waiting, phone gone. Those five unhurried minutes turn “watching something” into your night, claimed back.

II

The Making

Busy hands, quiet mind. Print tonight’s flower template, cut it out, shape your Fosshape — the heat-moldable sculptural fabric — and press in gold leaf plus whatever treasures your heart wants inside your abundance art. No experience required. Halfway through you’ll look down and think: wait — I made something beautiful? There is no right way; there is only your way.

III

The Settling

You and the bloom. A guided moment as the making slows: name what you’re leaving in the room tonight. It’s private — most women keep the answer just for themselves. This is the moment the evening stops being something you watch and becomes something you carry.

IV

The Release

The closing ritual is the attaching of tonight’s bloom into the piece. This month’s flower becomes part of your artwork — the moment the evening turns into the thing it made. And even from day one, your piece is ready to put out: hang it, set it where you’ll see it, and watch a new bloom added month after month. You’ll leave the evening with a calm that doesn’t fade when the candle does — and a physical anchor of your shift, on display, reminding your nervous system.

The catalogue

Six evenings.
Six blooms. One piece of art.

Six months to your finished piece of art. Every evening you add one new bloom to the same piece — starting at Flower One, building toward Flower Six — with printable templates for each flower cut-out. One cohesive artwork, blooming month by month into the daily reminder of the beauty you unlocked.

01

The UnblockingMonth one

Flower One — the bloom where it all begins. We quiet the inner critic and wake your hands up again — cutting your first flower template, shaping it in Fosshape, pressing gold leaf into the folds. You will remember you were once a girl who made things for joy. And somewhere mid-evening, you will feel the first shift land. Materials: a half yard of Fosshape (plenty for all six months, under $20), a little gold leaf foil, glue sticks, glass gems or quartz — whatever your heart desires inside your abundance art — plus a piece of wood, one large piece of acrylic, and offset spatulas

02

The SofteningMonth two

Flower Two — the month slowness becomes your superpower. We layer your Fosshape petals with the softest textures and let the making melt into meditation. You will be amazed how heavy the first half hour feels — and how light the last one does. Super free-flowing, zero pressure: just you, dissolving into the work. Materials: Agnes updates you with the materials list before each evening — always a short list

03

The WitnessingMonth three

Flower Three — the evening you get truly seen. You make in your own quiet space — then, only when it feels right, you reveal: your piece photographed, shared, witnessed by the circle. This is the night women say unexpectedly changed something in them: making something honest with her hands, and being witnessed in it. Materials: announced by Agnes when the evening nears — always a short list

04

The GatheringMonth four

Flower Four — the deep one. The rhythm of your hands carries you now — you slip into the making the way you slip into warm water. Gather whatever this season has stirred in you and give it form. The calm you walk away with? That is not relaxation. That is becoming. Materials: announced by Agnes when the evening nears — always a short list

05

The FormingMonth five

Flower Five — the sculptural one. We take your Fosshape further than ever — flat and soft at the start, gallery-born at the end. Then you will sit back and look at your piece — five blooms deep — and feel the kind of pride your hands haven’t felt in years. Materials: your Fosshape and the treasures you’ve gathered through the season

06

The UnfoldingMonth six

Flower Six — the final bloom. You place it on your piece and suddenly — there it is. Six blooms, one finished piece of art, on your wall: six months that built more than art. We close with the full release ritual. And every day after, you will pass that wall and remember: I made that. I unlocked that beauty. Materials: your piece of art so far — nothing new needed

The materials

Simple. Affordable.
And one sculptural secret.

Everything we use fits on a kitchen table. Everything is honest to the hand. Your materials list is ready the moment you join — gather everything before your first evening even begins. Each month also brings printable flower templates, so there is no drawing required — and for the whole season, there is one sculptural secret:

Part I

Your monthly list from Agnes

Each month’s evening comes with a short materials list from Agnes, written plainly — what to have on the table, nothing more. For month one: a little gold leaf foil, glue sticks, and glass gems — or quartz, whatever your heart desires to have inside your abundance art — plus a piece of wood, one large piece of acrylic, and offset spatulas.

Every month also brings printable templates for each flower cut-out — print, cut, shape. No drawing required. The choosing, the cutting, the placing — it’s all part of the experience. Whatever calls to you belongs in the piece.

Part II

Fosshape

One key piece for the whole season: Fosshape is a heat-moldable sculptural fabric. Heat it, form it, and it sets — turning what’s in your hands into strong, gallery-worthy sculptural forms.

Half a yard is plenty for all six months — and under $20. That’s the season’s main purchase, and it’s nothing: a small length of fabric that carries the entire journey.

Fosshape — the heat-moldable sculptural fabric behind our sculptural evenings. Simple, formable, forgiving. If your hands can shape warm wax, they can shape this.

The science

The shift you’ll feel
isn’t a metaphor. It’s biology.

Every evening ends with women saying the same thing: “I don’t know how to explain it — but I feel different.” Researchers have been explaining it for years. Here is a little of what they found:

01

Stress dissolves while your hands are busy

At Drexel University, researchers measured cortisol — the stress hormone — before and after a 45-minute art-making session. About 75% of participants had measurably lower cortisol afterward. The participants made freely, with no instructions — no masterpiece required for the biology to change.

02

Skill doesn’t matter — your hands still win

The same team expected experienced artists to benefit more. They didn’t. With past experience, without it — everyone benefited equally. In Kaimal’s words, “Everyone is creative and can be expressive in the visual arts when working in a supportive setting.” This is why you don’t need to be an artist to come to an evening. You only need to come.

03

Creating today lifts tomorrow

A 13-day study of 658 people found that creative activity on one day predicted wellbeing the next — more energy, more flourishing — and that this upward spiral “suggests engaging in creative behavior leads to increases in wellbeing the next day.” One evening a month is not a hobby. It’s a rhythm your nervous system learns to count on.

Sculptural abundance — tap to view

The format

Super free-flowing.
Zero pressure.
Pure creating.

No time zones to sync, no fixed hour, no schedule to keep. Your evening is whenever you press play — candle lit, phone away, hands busy, mind quiet. And when you want company, the circle of women is there: each creating on her own evening, each bloom she shares a quiet reminder that you are not alone in this becoming.

IYour candle, your hour

Every evening begins the same simple way — one candle lit, a warm drink poured, the phone away. Not at a set hour: whenever you choose. That unhurried beginning is what turns an ordinary night into the one you will remember from this month.

IIThe shared wall

No polishing, no performance. When a bloom feels ready to be seen, women post theirs in the circle’s thread — raw and honest, each on her own evening — and quietly witness each other’s unfolding, bloom after bloom.

Say yes to the season

One plan: $12 a month for six hosted evenings. Your first evening unlocks the moment you join — and everyone starts at Flower One, building the same one piece of art, bloom by bloom.

2

Set your evening

Candle lit, drink poured, phone away. Your month-one materials list from Agnes lands the moment you say yes — short and simple, so it’s all gathered before your first evening even begins: gold leaf, glue sticks, glass gems or quartz, a piece of wood, one large piece of acrylic, offset spatulas… and half a yard of Fosshape, plenty for all six months. Then press play — and feel it.

Questions

Everything you’re wondering.

Is this live or pre-recorded?+

Pre-recorded — and that’s deliberate. Each evening is filmed like a ritual you walk into, then edited so you feel hosted, not taught. No schedule to keep, no Zoom to miss, no awkward small talk. You press play on the evening that suits you, and I keep you company across the table.

But what makes it feel like I’m being hosted?+

The camera is a guest’s eyes, not a student’s desk. I speak to one woman — you. There are pauses, sips, music, breath. The ritual setup turns your room into an evening before the making begins. Many women say it feels more intimate than live — because it’s just you and me.

What materials do I need — and what does it cost?+

Simple ones — and ready day one. You get the materials list the moment you join, so you can gather everything before your first evening begins. Agnes updates you with the materials for each month — a short list, plainly written, before every evening. Month one’s list: a half yard of Fosshape (plenty for all six months, under $20), a little gold leaf foil, glue sticks, and glass gems or quartz — whatever your heart desires to have inside your abundance art — plus a piece of wood, one large piece of acrylic, and offset spatulas. Plus printable templates for each flower cut-out — no drawing required.

I’m not artistic. Will I enjoy this?+

Science says yes — a Drexel study found the stress-lowering effect of art-making happened regardless of experience. There is no right way here, no technique exam, nothing to get wrong — and every bloom comes with printable templates. The making is an excuse for the feeling. If you once made things for joy as a child, you already know how.

When do the evenings unlock?+

You are hosted one evening a month, for six months — and everyone starts at Flower One. Your first evening unlocks the moment you join; after that, each new evening releases on the 15th of each month, so your one piece of art builds slowly, in order — the way real transformation does.

What do you mean, “one piece of art”?+

The heart of it: six months builds one finished piece of art — not six separate projects. Every evening you shape a new flower bloom and add it to your piece, growing from Flower One to Flower Six. Each month includes printable templates for each flower cut-out — you trace, cut, and build with your own hands. Each evening closes with the same ritual: you attach the bloom into the piece. And even from day one, your piece is ready to put out — hang it, and watch a new bloom added month after month until it becomes your finished artwork, hanging on your wall: the daily reminder of the beauty you unlocked.

How long is one evening?+

Unhurried: set aside about two hours — the ritual arrival, the making, the settling moment, the closing release. You won’t be checking the clock. Two hours you will remember when the rest of the month blurs in your memory.

What if I can’t finish in six months?+

The moon keeps the calendar, but I’m not strict. You can pause anytime — and everything you’ve already unlocked stays yours, no matter what. This is an experience, not a deadline.

If I cancel, do I keep what I paid for?+

Yes — every evening you paid for is yours, forever. Cancelling only stops new monthly drops; it never removes anything you’ve already unlocked. You can’t take blooms back from a piece she’s already building, so we never would.

Can I download the evenings?+

Yes — every monthly evening is downloadable. Download each evening as it arrives: once it’s downloaded, it’s yours to keep forever, even if your membership ends. This is how you know we mean it: your creative releases stay in your hands, not locked on a screen somewhere.

A letter from Agnes

I didn’t learn this in a classroom. I learned it at my own table — the evenings I gave myself, the branches I brought home from walks, the gold edges that showed up like they were always there. I learned that making things with your hands changes something in your chest that no information ever could. And I learned that the women who arrive tired and scattered leave with candle-scented hands, a calmer chest, and something beautiful on the table that wasn’t there three hours ago.

So I won’t teach you. I’ll host you. You pour something warm, you light the candle, and for one evening a month — six of them — I’ll hold the space while you do. And I promise: you will feel the shift.

Your first bloom is waiting.
So is the woman
who’ll make it.

A short supply list. Half a yard of Fosshape. A candle. And a circle of women you will never have to explain yourself to. Say yes tonight — and feel the shift with your very first evening.
